Women Veterans Hub  |  Last Updated: July 2026

This website does not collect, store, or sell personal information. We are an educational resource. Any communication you initiate is voluntary and confidential to the extent permitted by law.

1. Who We Are

Women Veterans Hub is operated by Albert Leroy Thombs Jr., VA-Accredited Claims Agent #45147, located in Nevada. Our accreditation is issued under 38 CFR § 14.629 and regulated by the VA Office of General Counsel (OGC).

This website is an educational platform designed to help women veterans, surviving family members, and caregivers understand the VA claims process, housing programs, healthcare benefits, and toxic-exposure-related conditions.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
  • We do not collect Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, or medical records through this website.
  • We do not store form submissions on external servers without your knowledge.
  • We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

3. Information That May Be Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting platform may collect standard server log data including:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring URL

This data is used solely for site performance monitoring and is never linked to your personal identity.

4. Contact Forms & Free Case Review Requests

If you submit a contact or case review request, the following applies:

  • Your name, phone number, and message are received directly by Albert Thombs, VA-Accredited Claims Agent #45147.
  • This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • No attorney-client relationship, agent-of-record relationship, or VA representation is established until a signed VA Form 21-22a is on file with the VA.
  • Your information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

5. The 21-22a Boundary — What This Means For You

Under 38 CFR § 14.629 and 14.631, accredited claims agents may only provide claims-specific advice and formal representation after a VA Form 21-22a (Appointment of Individual as Claimant's Representative) has been submitted to and accepted by the VA.

Until that form is on file, all content on this website — including any responses to your inquiries — constitutes general education and information only, not legal or claims advice specific to your case.

6. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to VA.gov, PubMed, EPA.gov, and other government and research databases. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We link to them because the information is authoritative and public.

7. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

No cost to ask · No obligation

Talk to a VA-accredited claims agent

We focus on veterans the VA has already denied or under-rated. We do not take brand-new (initial) claims, and we do not take every case.

Fees, straight up: 20% of past-due benefits recovered. Recovery only — never hourly. Nothing on first-time claims.

An accredited agent personally reviews every request — we’ll reach out within 48 hours.

Prefer to type? Ask Albert in the chat, bottom-right. Or call 702-992-4883. Guidance from a VA-accredited claims agent (#45147) — not legal or medical advice, and not the VA.
